Uses

[Losartan] Tăng huyết áp, bảo vệ thận ở người đái tháo đường. [Hydrochlorothiazide] Tăng huyết áp, phù do giữ nước.

Dosage & administration

[Losartan] 50–100mg/ngày. [Hydrochlorothiazide] 12,5–25mg một lần/ngày buổi sáng.

Contraindications

[Losartan] Phụ nữ có thai. Thận trọng khi suy thận, kali máu cao.

Side effects

[Losartan] Chóng mặt, tăng kali máu, hiếm khi ho. [Hydrochlorothiazide] Hạ kali máu, tăng acid uric, tăng đường huyết nhẹ.
