Uses

[Ferrous sulfate] Điều trị và dự phòng thiếu máu do thiếu sắt (phụ nữ mang thai, kinh nguyệt nhiều). [Folic acid] Phòng dị tật ống thần kinh ở thai nhi; điều trị thiếu máu do thiếu acid folic.

Dosage & administration

[Ferrous sulfate] Theo chỉ định; uống lúc đói hấp thu tốt hơn, có thể uống cùng vitamin C. [Folic acid] Phụ nữ chuẩn bị mang thai và 3 tháng đầu: thường 400–600mcg/ngày.

Precautions

[Ferrous sulfate] Uống cách xa kháng sinh quinolon và hormone tuyến giáp ít nhất 2–4 giờ.

Side effects

[Ferrous sulfate] Táo bón, phân đen (bình thường), buồn nôn.
